Welcome to Out of Bounds Entertainment: Your Gaming Radio Station. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data collected through our website and online streaming services. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Who we are
Out of Bounds Entertainment is an international radio station and digital media platform. Our website address is: https://www.outofbounds.live. Out of Bounds Entertainment came forth from a rebranding in May 2026 from the radio station Everlook Broadcasting Co.
Radio Streaming & AzuraCast Listener Data
When you tune in to our live radio stream powered by AzuraCast:
- Limited IP Logging: During active listening sessions, technical connection data—including your IP address, user agent string, and stream session duration—is briefly processed by our AzuraCast streaming server to deliver the audio stream and generate aggregate, real-time listener counts.
- Privacy-Focused & Short-Term Retention: We utilize AzuraCast’s privacy-enhanced logging configuration, which minimizes data gathering and prevents long-term storage of full IP addresses. Listener IP data is processed ephemerally for active session routing and is automatically discarded or anonymized; it is never stored long-term, profiled, or used for personal identification.
Discord Bot & Integration Services
Our official Discord bot (Out of Bounds Entertainment) operates in our official Discord community server and partner servers to provide radio broadcast notifications, DJ schedule management, and automated channel permission syncing.
- 1. Data We Collect via Discord
- Discord User IDs & Display Names: Processed and stored for members who opt-in to DJ scheduling or hold designated supporter roles on Ko-Fi (Galacticar role only. This comes included with the Multi-versal God role).
- Server & Channel IDs: Stored to route live broadcast announcements and manage Stage Channel access.
- Role Membership Information: Checked periodically to automatically grant or synchronize channel permissions for active supporters and DJs.
- 2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Message Content: The bot does not collect, record, log, or store chat messages or message contents sent in text channels or direct messages.
- Voice Activity / Audio: The bot does not record, capture, or store voice chat audio or user presence status.
- 3. How We Use Discord Data
- To notify community members when a live DJ stream or broadcast starts.
- To manage and display scheduled broadcast calendars.
- To automatically grant access permissions to designated Stage Channels for authorized DJs and supporters.
- 4. Data Storage & Retention
- Discord configuration data (channel IDs and opted-in DJ User IDs) is stored in local, secure configuration files on our private bot hosting server.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide service functionality (e.g., active broadcast schedules or current role permissions). Expired schedule entries and removed role mappings are cleaned up automatically.
- No Discord user data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
